Ms Liz Clay

Liz Clay is a certified organic farmer of mixed vegetables and beef from Noojee in West Gippsland.  Her involvement in farming harks back to the days when she grew up on her families market garden in the outskirts of Melbourne.  These days she combines farming with farm and processor inspecting for the national organic certification bodies, the Landcare movement and natural resource management.  She sits on the Board of the West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority and was elected for a second term to serve on the World Board of the International  Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), in Basel Switzerland last year.
